Sergeant Amanda Martinez enlisted in August 2004 and graduated from the Aviation Resource Management Apprentice Course in November 2004. During her 19 years of service, she has held various leadership positions across the squadron, group, and wing levels. She has significant joint service and special operations experience utilizing her skills in several operations and exercises, including deployments in direct support of OPERATION ENDURING FREEDOM.

MSgt Brittin L. Davis is the First Sergeant for the United States Air Forces in Europe – Air Forces Africa’s (USAFE-AFAFRICA) Warfare Center, Einsiedlerhof Air Station, Germany. He is the commander’s key advisor on all matters regarding good order and discipline, morale,
and welfare for 298 enlisted, officer, and civilian
members. Additionally, MSgt Davis is responsible for anchoring the premier Joint & Coalition integrated, multi-domain warfighter training provider and policy maker for

readiness in USAFE and AFAFRICA.

SSgt Karla Ludeman was born and raised in Mexico and moved to the US 11 years ago. Before joining the Military, she had a career in Advertising, Design, and Marketing. She loved her job, but life decided to take her down a different path. She lived in South America and Europe but finally settled in the US. 

She loves traveling, going to good museums, and finding great local restaurants.

Staff Sergeant Lalah D. Baker is the Non-Commission Officer In Charge of the Commander Support Staff, United States Air Forces in Europe, Air Postal Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, Germany. Sergeant Baker is pivotal in the United States European Command Air Postal Squadron, providing administrative oversight that ensures efficiency, compliance, and overall organizational effectiveness. Leading a dedicated three-person flight, She is responsible for handling the administrative, logistical, and personnel-related functions essential for managing the United States European Command’s 45-million-dollar mail transportation network that serves 91 countries across the globe.

Technical Sergeant Tuan Hoang is an Allergy/Immunizations Technician at 422d Medical Squadron, RAF Croughton, United Kingdom. In his position as the Allergy/Immunizations NCOIC, he coordinates and provides medical services to include preventative care for 1.7K empaneled beneficiaries across 22 geographically separated units.

Mr. MacDonald was born in West London in July 1964.  He grew up near Heathrow Airport in Shepperton until he left home in September 1980 to join The Metropolitan Police Cadets. 

He spent two and a half years as a cadet, transferring to the Metropolitan Police Force (London) in January 1983. He served at Barnet (North London until 1996, Heathrow Airport (1996 to 1999), Tottenham (North London) from 1999 to 2001, and lastly, at Colindale (2001 to 2013). As a Police Officer, he became an advanced Police driver, a driving instructor for driving both on roads and at Heathrow Airport amongst aircraft and teaching compliance with airport driving procedures.  He was in charge of communications (acting Sergeant) at Tottenham, a tutor for young Police Officers in their first two years of service, an Intelligence officer, and, while office-based in his latter years, an expert on dealing with criminals and their motor vehicles. 

He retired from The Metropolitan Police in January 2013 after thirty years of service.
